What better way to muzzle me !

These “judges” can find more ways to inhibit and/or deny people`s natural and constitutional rights, than any tin horn dictators.

The reality is, in our “legal” system, “judges” bend over backwards for murders and other violent criminals, but destroy innocent people seeking redress of injustices through their corrupt system.

Don`t believe me, pick up any newspaper, see the horror stories of “no Bail”, early release, and etc., perpetrated by corrupt “judges” and politicians.

He also complained that my fees, paid out of my pocket, were minimal compared to the Defendant, Debra Albano`s, 707 Haven Pl., Linden, N J 07036, “legal” fees.

The “genius” should have known that I paid ALL of ‘poor’ Debra Albano`s FEES !!!

So there is NO comparison !!

‘Judge’ Mcdonald should also have known, that ‘poor’ Debra Albano got $500,000.00, plus

what she received in the year 2004 when she agreed to the divorce settlement in Pennsy.

Not counting, and in addition to, the great harm she, Debra Albano, did to my family, and leaving me without my home or savings !

As usual, they, the “judges”, never know what they`re talking about !!!

“Judges” are all pomp and ceremony, but completely void of intellect and integrity !!

This guy, Mcdonald, shed some real Crocodile tears for “poor” Debra Albano..almost started crying myself as I listened to him wail ..

Mr Mcdonald, had a habit of asking Carol Jeney, Debra`s lawyer, for validation of his talking points throughout the “hearing” ..

Perhaps Mr. Mcdonald has difficulty thinking things out for himself. Who knows ??

Page 10, lines 10-16; Carol Jeney, Debra Albano`s lawyer, told the “judge” I had 5 or 6 attorneys. Jeney didn`t know for sure, (I had five).

Mr Mcdonald responded, “five or six attorneys?”… Mr Mcdonald was very incredulous at the thought.

I wonder how incredulous Mcdonald would be, if he knew he was the THIRTEENth “judge” in my case. … That`s right, 13 “judges”, Thirteen, 13 !!!

Like him, most of these ‘judges’ couldn`t find their way out their own front door …

Took the Settlement she agreed to in 2004, never uttered a word for almost eight years about not being satisfied with what she demanded and got, greatly harmed my daughter, and stole from my grandchildren, and not least of all, caused incalculable stress to my then 96 year old mother.

In addition, she was awarded $500,00.00 by the demented lying “judge”, which included my home, IRAs, and savings accounts, plus ALL of her “legal” fees,

Plus $20,000.00 that the demented, Lying “judge”, Stephen Rubin, gave some unknown “trustee” to collect my assets !!!!! ….”Judge” appoints unknown lawyer ! Explain to me how that works !!

Oh, I almost forgot, “trustee” stole over $6000.00 of my Social Security funds from PNC Bank too boot !! PS; the “Trustee”, Hiedi Lepp, is aware of what she did !!

And ‘poor little’ Debra Albano of 707 Haven Pl, Linden, N J, needs “Peace” ??

“Peace” ?? The Liar and her 13 “judge” “buddies” destroyed me, and ran roughshod over my family.

“Peace” ?? The Liar was never more than a lazy, useless and parasite of a wife !

Debra Albano wanted no children, and never worked a full time job in her life, when ever she did get up to go “work”, it was “part time” !! Debra lives off her 90 year old mom, just like a leech she is, and always was !

“Honorable” John P Mcdonald, JSC, inhibits my constitutional rights to file legal motions in court, without going through a “legal” maze, deliberately inhibiting my ability to seek redress for the injustices done to me and my family, all under false pretenses Mcdonald created !

Blog # 42………. “I`m Back !”

I appreciate the many of you who continued to check on my website, ‘divorcenewjerseystyle.com’, and my Facebook page, “divorcenewjerseystyle”.

I took an eleven month hiatus because I needed to make sense out of my life since that dirt bag ‘judge’, Stephen Rubin, rendered me penniless, forced me out of my home of 14 years, and compels me to survive on my Social Security, and a small US Army pension.

During these past months I have filed;

A motion against PNC Bank……they denied me 5 of my Social Security checks, and gave the to that lying thief, Debra Albano… A Violation of 42 US 407 Sec 207(a)

A motion to Not be Evicted from my home until a vacate the judgment motion could be heard.
You know the judgment of 12 May 2017 that destroyed me, and severly harmed my family.

A motion to get an accurate accounting of what they stole from me and my family. They are fighting like hell to AVOID giving me an accounting of what they stole from me and my family… Makes you wonder !!!

I am now in the process of filing an Appeal, with the Appellate Division of the Superior Court in Trenton, of a motion that I know the “judge”, with his unmitigated Bias against me, mishandled and obfuscated the issue.

In upcoming Blogs, I will explain the reasons for, and documentation for the motions I filed and their outcomes. All except the Appeal that I have entered, and now in progress, and cannot comment on.

As you might have guessed, I lost every motion, (except the pending appeal)…… Why are you Shocked !!!

The Appeal Decision, I`m told, will take a year or more….

As I said prior, I`m broke, and cannot afford any legal advice, so I am doing all of this on my own with no help from anyone……. I tried “Legal Aid”……Time better spent taking out the garbage !!

Let me tell you the ‘judges’ really hate you for not hiring a lawyer…… it weakens their “mutual beneficial society” .ie: ‘fill my piggy bank, and I`ll fill yours’ !

They are deathly afraid you will out class them, (not very difficult to do), for all that I have met have no conception of right and wrong.

Re visiting “judge” # 8……..

It`s worth repeating here, that just prior to #8`s “hearing” of 1 May 2017, I personally inspected the “court records” of my case.

Knowing these people, you can probably guess what I found, or more accurately, it`s what I DID NOT FIND !!

Most of the documents and evidence of what my lawyers entered during the case were strangely absent…

What I DID find, was just about everything negatively ever said about me.

Now, I`d bet that if you were to go into those same “court records” now, you would find everything that I couldn`t….

On to the “hearing” of 1 May 2017……Another “hearing”, you say.?…My friends, this is one of the best ways they have to run up the tab, and you have no control over it !

You wouldn`t want these “poor” folks to lose their very expensive life styles, would you ??

“Family Law”..they do more to destroy families than anyone else !!!

Without us working slobs how would they eat ?????

Did I forget to tell you, Still No TRIAL !!! (only six years have gone by..what did you expect ?)

Hm-m, a another new “judge” ……let`s tag him # 8….

This guy, “judge” #8, ran his “hearings” in the splendid traditions of that infamous world jurist, Roland Freisler, (1893-1945)…………

In his “judgments” of 12 May and 28 August 2017, this low life not only bankrupted me, but also took my daughters half of our house, which she has owned since August of 2005. This property she has owned for 12 years, which was bought with money from her savings and investments since 1968 !!

This puke, # 8, stole it from my daughter and gave it to that Lying Hypocrite, Debra Albano, 707 Haven Pl, Linden, NJ.

Given to Debra Albano, the same way she gets everything,…..without earning it !!!!

At this moment it`s in appeal, trying to save, what is morally and legally, my daughter`s !!..

This scum, “judge” #8, not satisfied with destroying me, and harming my daughter, goes after my grandchildren’s measly assets worth about $16,000…assets put aside for their schooling !!!!!!

And again, gives it to his non earning “very dear friend”, Debra Albano, 707 Haven Pl, Linden, NJ…..

Think she will return it to my grandchildren ??……NOT on your life……she is completely void of character and honor !!!!!!

Why Hunterdon County ?…..Did they run out of corrupt “judges” in Somerset County ????

Why Him ?…..he`s “special Counsel” to a local ‘law’ firm, which incidentally, specializes in “family law”……Isn`t that against the ‘rules’ ??….Doesn`t matter, the Chief “Justice” will never do anything about it……

It might interest you to know that at the “hearing” of 1 May 2017, the one that Debra Albano`s lawyer, Carol Jeney, said that she didn`t have the infamous “Forensic Report” on my financial history…..(you know, the one where the Somerset County Sheriff lifted $20,000 from my daughter`s in Trust Account at PNC Bank), because Carol Jeney said the report was “incomplete”…..

Never was a “Report”……..no one ever saw it !!!!

“Judge” #8 asked me for the list of my assets, because no one else knew what they were talking about !!

#8 even stated it was “inappropriate “to ask me, but he did anyway !!!

I personally had to provide the “judge” with a list of my assets !!

This creep, ‘Judge’ #8, even knowing the facts, still when he made his “judgment”, used a FICTITIOUS NUMBER to Bankrupt me and cause great harm to my family !!!

Forgeries, Part 1..

The following installments are about the multiple FORGERIES on various court documents that were perpetrated during the last 6 ½ years of my “divorce” case.

Along with showing the forgeries, I will describe what actions I took to bring these forgeries to the attention of the ‘proper authorities’……and their “responses”…..there weren`t any !!!!

There is one Federal law the should remain in mind as you read of these forgeries; and that is
…..18 US Code; 505……
§ 505. Seals of courts; signatures of judges or court officers
Whoever forges the signature of any judge, register, or other officer of any court of the United States, or of any Territory thereof, or forges or counterfeits the seal of any such court, or knowingly concurs in using any such forged or counterfeit signature or seal, for the purpose
of authenticating any proceeding or document, or tenders in evidence any such proceeding or
document with a false or counterfeit signature of any such judge, register, or other officer, or a
false or counterfeit seal of the court, subscribed or attached thereto, knowing such signature or seal to be false or counterfeit, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than
five years, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 714; Pub. L.103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(1)(K), Sept. 13, 1994,108 Stat. 2147.)

Forgery is also covered under the ‘Modern Penal Code’ (Sec. 224.1)…..and under the

RICO ACT, (two or more individuals conspiring and etc…………)

First…..In a letter to ‘judge’ Anthony Picheca, dated 18 Match 2014, lines 4, 7, and 8, I pointed out three examples of why I thought his signature and initials were not his.
Mr Picheca did reply to me on 20 March 2014.. Stating that he was providing a copy of my letter to the respective attorneys..

Naturally, there never was any follow through..

A pattern that continues throughout this “divorce” farce !!

1 May 2017, introducing “judge” # 8, and a new County Court, (Hunterdon)…….

Let`s see, did Al Capone have a change of ‘venue’ Forced on him, HM-m-m, NO !!..I guess I`m more of a criminal !!!

‘Judge’ # 8, as you will see, Looked at TRUTH, the same way Dracula looked at a Cross !!!

For those of you who do not know the story of Dracula, he was deathly afraid of the Cross …..

It was a “default” hearing, of course not a Trial, you know how scared they are of a trial !

As you know I am not supposed to speak and/or bring evidence to a “default” hearing.

If you haven`t already known about “default” hearings, they exist to coerce you to pay whatever fictitious dollar amounts they can come up with, and to pay whomever the “judge” decides you pay the money to……doesn`t matter if they are part of the case or not, the “judge” decides who he let`s in on the steal !!!!!

Talk about corruption !……..Talk about Stealing !!!!

But alas, This “hearing” was different….as if you didn`t already guess……

This was the Closing of the TRAP !

These people are so CROOKED, AND CORRUPT, and Blinded by their own ARROGANCE, they really believe they are smarter than everyone else !

Believe me, they are not smarter then other people, they are just MORE CUNNING AND DEVIOUS !!!

“My” lawyer at first told me not to attend the hearing, but later said “that I should be there”.

So dutifully I went……. Talk about misplaced trust ………

To remind you, I am not allowed to speak at this “hearing”……..doesn`t matter to this “judge”..

First thing this “judge” does, is let Debra Albano`s lawyer call me as a ‘witness’ against myself !!

Oh “my” lawyer, well he just sat there and let this abomination go down……Frightened he was, I`m sure.

Now you could ask, “why would I let myself be trapped?”….a very good question indeed….

I have asked myself that same question over and over again……I think the simple answer is ‘Stupidity’ !

There`s no excuse….I knew full well by this time of the rampant Corruption in the Somerset County Family Court, and as I learned, Hunterdon County too !!

I guess my mind really couldn`t come to grips with such evil……..

So now the TRAP is set !!

Debra Albano`s lawyers, 2 of them, ask me questions they already had the answers to, since they were given ALL the documents about my finances and private life, and that of my family during the course of the last SIX years !!!

There was nothing new, no “bombshells”, nothing that everybody didn`t already know……

Oh, did I tell you, I wasn’t allowed to bring in any evidence…….

Day ended, seemed benign enough…………..

Next Day, 2 May 2017, Debra Albano is called to the stand……

I lived with this woman for about 18 years, so I was accustomed to her lying and deceitfulness ..

Nothing, but nothing, prepared me for what came out of her mouth that day!!!!!!

The lies she told UNDER OATH, were so outrageous, that I doubt if any reasonable, sane person could possibly believe them…..

Don`t worry about lying under oath, and/or perjury, doesn`t matter, unless they want to hang you, otherwise it`s a joke !! Heck, even the ‘judges’ did it !!!!!

‘Judge’ # 8 only believed her, either because he was told to by higher ups, or he really, really wanted to in spite of how blatant her lies were.

‘Judge’ #8 fawned over Debra so much, it was actually like watching a soap opera on TV !!

1. ‘Judge” # 8 is “retired”, but for some reason he`s ‘on call’….Why ??….there are enough full time ‘judges’ on the payroll already……So Why ????

2. ‘Judge’ # 8 is “Special Counsel” to a local law firm, one that specializes in ” Divorce” cases.

Bet there`s no Conflict of Interest there……Right ???

3. I know that the behavior of these so called ‘judges’ often times defy explanation, but this guy`s perverted thinking goes beyond that ;

During Debra Albano`s Perjurious ‘testimony’, one of the Settlement Checks, (clearly marked front and back), from 2004, was shown to ‘judge’ #8……
Debra said under oath it was for a car I bought for her, (the blatant lie she was telling, should have had her committed), no matter…….
Debra Albano`s hero, ‘judge’ #8, accepted her perjury even though he had a copy of the check in front of him !!!!!

So who is the CROOK here ???? And it`s me they want to put in jail !!!!

4. On page 28, line 10, of the transcript of 12 May 2017, (aka, ‘Judgement Day), ‘ judge’ # 8 states, and I quote, “Apparently” I hid $146,000 somewhere during the course of my existence.

“Apparently” ??..Since when does a legitimate judge use the word “Apparently” ??

“Apparently” is not a fact, but mere Speculation !!!!

That`s how this bum destroyed my family and me, by Speculation, Lying and a perverted mind !!

I often wonder who and how much he paid to become a “judge”, because he never could have become one on merit !!!!

21 February 2017, meet “judge” # 7…….

# 7 looks like a decent fellow, but like the old saying, “looks can be deceiving”……

Well here we are, at Another “default” hearing, and again I am muffled, and not allowed to Speak, again..what the hell are they afraid of ???

During the course of this “hearing” the same old lies are regurgitated by Debra Albano and her lawyer, I actually have a more accurate word for the crap they spew out, but I`ll spare you good people.

They have actually come to believe their own LIES !!

They are a perfect example of Joseph Goebbel`s axiom.

Debra Albano and her lawyer threw in a couple of new twists into the case:

1. Debra Albano said I entered her “house”, (actually her Mother`s), Debra Albano NEVER had a real job, so she always has to live off others.

Debra Albano was implying to ‘judge’ #7, that I “broke” into her mom`s house, thereby accusing me of a felony.

2. Debra Albano`s lawyer accused me of “threatening” her ‘family’…….

Of course NONE of these accusations were true ……Debra Albano and her lawyer just thought that ‘judge’ #7 would be idiotic enough to believe them……come to think of it, he probably is !

A solid elbow to my lawyer`s hip, made him jump up and object, and put an end to these lies !

After this farce of a “hearing”, ‘ judge’ #7 scheduled another hearing for 21 March 2017..

You will notice, Not One hearing and/or court date ran consecutively, ever, at least not until the May 1st & 2cd hearings in front of “judge” 8……Ever wonder why ?

And NOW you will see what lengths they go, to just to steal your money………………

20 March 2017, the day before the 2d “hearing”…………

At approximately 11:00 AM I hear this loud banging of my front door, not knocking, not using the doorbell, but heavy, intimidating, loud banging on my door !!!!!!

I go outside to see what all the ‘excitement’ is about, and lo and behold, there stands a New Jersey Trooper, and two Somerset County Sheriffs !!

There they were in my driveway, questioning me in full view of my neighbors, in spite of my multiple invitations to come in my house……….

They questioned me about a “Box” left at ‘judge’ #7`s house, and my whereabouts that weekend.

Satisfied that I was innocent, and their mission of intimidation and harassment was complete, they left……….I will say they were courteous..

Try to get information from the New Jersey State Police if your the victim, is next to impossible from the State Police…..but that`s for another installment.

Later I did some investigating on my own about the so called “BOX”;

First, I was told that the “BOX” left on ‘judge’ #7`s porch, was filled with children`s toys. No doubt his own kid`s toys.

Then later on, I find out there WAS NO “BOX” !!!!!!!

It was all made up to let all the ‘judges’ of Somerset County Family Court out of the case and move it to Hunterdon County Court so they could dispose of me post haste !!

It was all prearranged right down to the how they were going to destroy me and my family, when and where, and most of all, who was going to STAB me and my family in the back ! !

All this and more just to shield themselves from having their criminal and corrupt behavior exposed !!

They could not have picked a more immoral individual than ‘judge’ #8 to do their filthy deed !!!

Next day back in court with #7……..

First thing, ‘judge’ # 7 does is call the lawyers in for a another “secret” meeting……. Out they came, case moved to Hunterdon County, time, place, And Executioner ALREADY in place !!

What didn`t matter was the fact that I did not want, nor see the reason why there had to be a change of venue, but like my lawyer told me, “I (me), don`t count” !!

Thank you “PJ”, for causing me and my family great harm !!!

Another thing about this “change of venue” of my case to Hunterdon County, when I asked my lawyer to see the court files on my case, he refused, and told me that they wouldn`t allow me to see them either…..

I did get to see them, and they were PURGED, FILTERED, and PURIFIED !!!!

I defy someone to say I am making this up, I dare them !!

You read a little of ‘judge’ # 6`s behavior in a previous installment, now you`re going to get a little in depth knowledge into his twisted thinking……

After the bizarre hearing of 6 May 2016 held by # 6, he issued his ‘order’ on 12 May 2016.

As you continue to read this episode one thing will jump out at you repeatedly, all the “judges” except one, just kept repeating what the ‘judge’, and/or ‘judges’ before them said, nothing they added was ever new…….they just regurgitated what the one before them said or did……

Back to his ‘order’ of 12 May;

On page 2, as a footnote, #6 ADMITS the defendant, Debra, submitted NO Certification in her accusations, and False statements against me !! Think I would have gotten away with it ??!!

On page 6, # 6 stated, that for me to be ‘re-instated’ in my case, (and just in case you forgot, I AM the Plaintiff), I had to meet two conditions;

1. Pay $19,255.28, for the “forensic report”, ie., “experts”…….

1a. That I had to pay Debra`s lawyer`s “Counsel Fees”, even though Debra contracted for this !

2. That I had to be in compliance of the “discovery requests”

Haven`t we heard that song before, many, many times before ??

In any event, if you have been following my Blogs, you already know that I complied numerous times, AND all those fees were PAID. Actually they were stolen from my daughter`s ITF!!

AND to top all of this, # 6 GAVE DEBRA`S LAWYER “POWER OF ATTORNEY” TO STEAL THE MONEY AGAIN !!!!!!

She would have done it too, except I stopped it !!

But what the heck, to these ‘honorable’ ‘judges’, truth and facts don`t matter !

My lawyer and I, as I said in a previous installment, were so completely prepared, that the case SHOULD have been dismissed, but not against me but against Debra…..It would have been a no brainer, if we were allowed to show the evidence and had we had an honorable judge.

The fix was in ! NO AND,IFS, OR BUTS ABOUT IT !!!!!

But alas, this is Somerset County Family court, what would you expect……

Additionally, on pages 6 and 7, of “judge” #6`s order, are statements he made that he knew were untrue, as was his assertion about my record keeping.
Then #6 makes the statement, again on page 6, that I “certified I was now mostly in compliance”, “MOSTLY”???

Also on page 6, ‘judge’ #6 stated that I said I did not recall what happened to three bank CDs.

The three subject CDs were listed in the “Forensic” report, and on my own “discovery” sheets, There was a paper trail that followed where the CDs went and who owned them !!

Notice ‘judge’ #6 clearly states “the Defendant`s Forensic account”…….

You will see that on 1 May 2017, Debra`s lawyer, Under Oath, testified she did not have a “Forensic” Report, because it was incomplete !!

“Judge” # 6 Lied !!……and as you know, only Liars Lie !!!!!!!

If he let us speak and show the evidence, he would have SEEN that I was in complete compliance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……but of course he couldn`t allow that !

On page 8, he goes against his own two preconditions for me to be re-instated, just so he can RULE against me !

Are you having a hard time believing this, then get a copy of the “Order”, it`s free…….

A couple of “interesting” statements ‘judge’ #6 made on page 3 of his ‘order’;

1. He admits Debra`s lawyer got the “discovery responses”

2. Makes a point of saying I had five lawyers, But neglects to say that he is the SIXTH ‘judge’,
SEVEN when you include the Assigning ‘judge’ !

On page 4 of his ‘order’, ‘judge’ #6 states, and I quote, I/me, “do not recall/know” statements I supposedly made about financial transactions totaling $XXXX…..

Number 1, I NEVER said “I don`t recall/know”……..this guy made it up !!

Number 2, How can you have a “slash” in a quote……the guy was ad-libbing just to make me look like an ogre.

Not only did ‘judge’ #6 cheat me out of my evidence, what he did next, should have had him examined for his mental stability, or lack of……..

Every time my lawyer tried to speak and/or show my complete compliance with all court orders, this mentally unstable ‘judge’, yelled at and berated my lawyer to such an extent, that I feared for my lawyer.

Never did I see a grown man, like my poor lawyer, treated in such a manner or so abused in public.

This “judge” was so irrational and unprofessional, that I question his Sanity !!!

I knew at this very moment, my lawyer was useless. He was so frightened of the ‘judge’, he wouldn`t even stand up for himself against this mentally challenged ‘judge’….

And on top of this, ‘judge’ #6 threatened me with jail, at least three times !!!……and mind you, I never spoke one word…….go figure !

No question, the inmates are running the asylum !!

Still think this ‘judicial’ system is not crooked, and corrupt ?

Before I begin this installment about ‘judge’ # 5, I`d like you to read the attached letters I received from my lawyer, one dated 21 January 2016, and the other dated 13 April 2016.

The letter dated 21 January clearly states “Your case is scheduled for a trial on May 10, 2016 at 8:45 am at Somerset…..”

You know, I NEVER had a trial……..but keep that 10 May date in mind !

The letter dated 13 April states “your case has been scheduled for a Case Management Conference on May 9, 2016 at 8:45 am”……….

You also know, I NEVER had a Case Management Conference throughout my ordeal !!!
It`s required by ‘LAW’, so I was told,…….very often !!

Keep the 9 May date in mind also……

You will see in the next installment, it will be about ‘judge’ # 6, and a “DISMISSAL” hearing, NOT A TRIAL, but a “DISMISSAL” hearing, was held on MAY 6, 2016 !!!!!

Let`s see, Trial on 10 May 2016; Then a “Case Management Conference” on 9 May 2016; Then a “Dismissal Hearing” on 6 May 2016 !!!!

Not a “TRIAL’, and Not a “Conference”, just a good old “DISMISSAL” Hearing !!

Confused ???…..Don`t be, it`s just the way these crooks work !!! They never stop stealing !!

On to # 5……On 9 February 2016, OH, Again I wasn`t there, (Suprised ?), in his order to me, to be “re-instated” in my own case, I would have to “comply”, (again), with the “Discovery Requests”, and to ‘pay’ a previously ordered “expert” and the defendant`s “counsel fees” in order to vacate the “Default”..(did all that previously, of course doesn`t matter to these crooks )..

The “counsel fees” and “expert” fees, were of course an obligation of Debra`s, not mine, nor my family`s……..no matter, they just do what ever they want, they are “untouchable”, not like the rest of us peasants !!!

By the way, Never saw the “expert`s” report, never did the “expert” testify, just know they STOLE the money from my daughter`s ITF account to pay for the “expert” , and Debra Albano`s obligations !!….

1. Everybody, and I mean everybody, already knew I complied multiple times with the “discovery requests”.
Remember, Debra`s lawyer admitted they had all 4500 pages of my financial and property records way back on 29 August 2014 !!!

2. The “expert” and “counsel fees” , well they were already paid……..The Somerset County Sheriff STOLE the “fees” out of my daughter`s ITF account months before !!!!!!!!!!

3. Debra`s lawyer thought they could pull a “fast one” on # 5, apparently they thought # 5 wasn`t too bright, or maybe, just maybe, he was one of those “friendly” ‘judges’…they almost got away with it……….

Fortunately I keep good records, and caught them trying to STEAL the money TWICE !!……..

One of Debra Albano`s lawyers was Officially Reprimanded in 1998 for problems with a Client`s money………….Proof coming in a later installment……

Well say ‘good bye’ to # 5, he did what they wanted, and now he`s gone never to be seen nor heard of again, just like all the previous “judges”………….Oh, it must be the “rotation” system that my lawyer told me about…….Hm-m-m.

Oh, did I mention, STILL NO TRIAL !!

Allow me to introduce to you “judge” # 4……

If you thought ‘judge’ # 3 was ‘interesting’, # 4 is sure to top it.

I first had the dubious ‘privilege’ of meeting # 4 on 21 July 2014 when I was required to attend a hearing in # 4`s court, well I think it was supposed to be a ‘hearing’. As it turned out, it was a “meeting” in the ‘judge`s’ chambers, and as usual, no victims are allowed into the top secret den.

When my lawyer, remember him, the nice guy from California, came out of the secret meeting he said to me that # 4 was holding me in “contempt”, AND if I didn`t “comply”, “Incarceration” !!….

WOW !!……they lie, cheat deceive, steal, break Federal Statues, violate the U S Constitution, New Jersey Constitution, and I`m going to be “Incarcerated” ???

Sounds more like NAZI Germany, rather than America to me ……

Then there`s the “hearing” of 29 August 2014…

You will recall that farce. ‘Judge’ # 4 wouldn`t give my attorney a weeks delay for him to spend a long planned week with his family because “this has gone on to long” !!

But it did “go on”, for another Three years !!..Here`s the best part; she, #4, was involved for another year…….so much for it “going on to long”……………..

And don`t forget there are still “legal” fees that they have to keep squeezing from working people…………

Back to 29 August………..

The ‘hearing’ was held without my lawyer and me, but with my lawyer`s “competent” boss. You will remember his betrayal from a previous installment..
Also in attendance was a lawyer from Debra`s team.

This was also the “hearing” where Debra`s lawyer Admitted that they had my records, all 4500 pages, albeit, she claimed the records were “theirs”……

Not surprisingly, ‘judge’ # 4 held me in “contempt” again, even though she was now aware that my 4500 pages of financial records were in the hands of Debra`s lawyers, and it was obvious that I had been Complying all along !!!

Didn`t matter to ‘judge’ # 4, the fix was in, and they were going to force me to pay, one way or another !

Also, ‘judge’ # 4 was made aware of, shown, one of the SETTLEMENT checks sent to Debra back in 2004.
Made no difference to her !!!!!!!

And yes, # 4 also violated Sec 207 US Code 407(a), US Code 1408 and US Supreme Court 453US210, just like the ‘judge’ before her……..and I`m the one they want to Jail ????!!

In her, ‘judge’ #4`s, 2 September 2014 order, She plainly stated that my net worth was $711,000,
‘Judge’ #8, in his “judgment” took a GUESS and said I was worth $1,300,000…No kidding !! A GUESS, that`s what #8 based his life destroying “judgment” on…you will read more about #8 the coward later….

A $589,000.00 difference !!!!!! ….No one ever questioned this, not even my lawyer !!

Just a couple of side notes;

1. I attached a letter to #4 dated 21 November 2014, telling her that I had evidence of a forged court document..She completely ignored it!!…why would she ignore such a statement ? !

2. I also attached four Court documents ‘signed’ by, her, ‘judge’ #4………Looks to me like they were signed by FOUR Different people……I DEFY anyone to say different !!!!

3. Now this is just a question, and I definitely AM NOT accusing anybody of anything, it`s just a question;..what went on in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the lawyer`s conference a couple of years ago ????

4. At my last encounter with #4, in her court room, she obviously knew about the fuss I was making about not having a trial, said to me, “sometimes the outcome of a trial doesn`t come out the way you would like”……….why do you think she would say something like that ???
Because she knew what was being planned for me, that`s why !!!!!

But you already know I NEVER got my trial, and you know the reason why too !!

20 March 2017………Do I laugh or cry ??………..

On 20 March 2017, about 11:00 AM, I hear a BANGING, NOT A KNOCK, NOT A DOORBELL RINGING, BUT BANGING, on my front door !!!

I thought it was some wise guy trying to be funny…….

Surprise, surprise, it was a New Jersey State Trooper, and TWO Somerset County Sheriff`s Officers, sent to my house, as it turned out, to intimidate and harass little old me !!!

They came to “question” me about my whereabouts that past weekend.

Seems like ‘judge’ # 7, let`s call him “PJ” for short, “found” a “suspicious box” on his front porch.

Their “questioning” took place on my driveway for all my neighbors to see !!
In spite of the fact that I invited them into my home continuously during the interrogation.

When I satisfied their ‘curiosity’ and they were ready to leave, I invited them to review some of my evidence of the perjuries and most of all the Forgeries of the court documents that I had.

But alas, they were to “busy” and didn`t have the time………

They were courteous, I will say……..and they left….

Next day, 21 March 2017, I appeared in court as was previously scheduled.

The lawyers, mine and “D’`s, were called into a meeting with the ‘judge’ in his office…In secret of course……..

When they came out, the ‘judge’ recused himself from my case, and sent my case to Hunterdon County Court.

I vehemently told my lawyer that I DID NOT WANT A CHANGE OF VENUE !!
There never was any Valid reason to !!

My lawyer`s response was, in so many words was, TOUGH S**T !!!!!! “You”, meaning me, don`t matter !!!!

Why would it matter what I say, I`m only the “Plaintiff”……..or should I say, Victim !

There you have it……it goes back to the beginning of my Blogs, when I said to you, that you, your spouse, your children, and no one else matters so long as they get their opportunity to get their grimey hands on the Money !!!!!

Curious about the “box”;

After a little investigating of my own about the “Box”, word on the street was the “box” on ‘judge’ # 7, ‘PJ”`s porch, supposedly contained ‘children`s toys’, perhaps his kids toys !!!

Further research on my part, appeared to reveal, THAT THERE NEVER WAS A “BOX” !!!!

It was all made up to intimidate me, and to get my case moved to another county, and be rid of me !!!!!!

The amazing thing was, that when we went to court on 21 March 2017, ALL the details to move my case out of Somerset County to Hunterdon County were already worked out and ready to go!!!!!!

“PJ”, reminded me of Pontias Pilate…….I often wondered how much pressure they put on him to make up the “Box” incident ??

“PJ”, you should have remained a commercial real estate lawyer….

Your cowardice caused my family great harm !!

They didn`t lose a beat……The next ‘judge’, ‘judge’ # 8, was already appointed to my case !!!!!!

He was the Ringer !!
